Functions:

• Promotes urination and leaches out dampness
• Clears heat from the Heart channel.

Indications & Combinations:

• Promote urination, clear heat; For scanty urination and hot, painful urination (Dysuria Syndrome)à Re Lin(heat dysuria). Because it is cool, teng xin cao effectively treats urinary disorders arising from accumulated damp and heat in the lower jiao.
• Clear heat from the Heart via the small intestine

• Clear Lung Heat; Throat inflammation -> Teng xin cao treat sore throat caused by heat in the lung.

• Cool blood and Stops bleeding
