1.     Coughing due to Lung heat: exterior wind-heat or phlegm-heat cause coughing, either with phlegm or not, or deficiency of lung cause chronic cough: with Sang Bai Pi, Qian Hu, Xing Ren

2.     Nodules or carbuncles due to phlegm-heat; nodule, scrofula, goiter, cysts: with Xia Ku Cao, Xuan Shen
