Actions:

  • Reduce food stagnation
  • Transform blood stasis and eliminate blood stasis

1.     Food stagnation, specific for meat or greasy foods, diarrhea; e.g. with Mai Ya, Shen Qu, Mu Xiang

2.     Blood stasis, specific for postpartum abdominal pain, or hernial disorder; e.g. with Yi Mu Cao, Dang Gui

3.     Recently use for high cholesterol, coronary artery disease, hypertension; e.g. with Jui Ming Zi
