2.     Chronic constipation: senior, postpartum or deficiency pattenr constipations; e.g. with Huo Ma Ren, Yu Li Ren, Dang Gui

3.     Relieve toxic: used raw for carbuncles, nodules, lumps or skin itching due to blood deficiency
